CNC waterjet cutting

Our company has been dealing with waterjet cutting since 2012. During this time, we have gained significant experience thanks to the diverse orders we have received.
Due to the versatility of cutting technology, we now serve our growing number of customers with two cutting machines. Almost all materials can be cut with a waterjet. The big advantage is that during cutting, no heat is generated in the material that would affect its properties.

We can cut simultaneously on two waterjets up to a 2000mmx4000mm sheet

– Thin (0.3mm) and thick (150mm) steel, aluminum, stainless steel, armor plates, tool steels, cast irons, etc…
– Brass, copper, bronze
– Plastics PP, PA, PVC, POM, Teflon, polycarbonate (solid or cellular)
– Composite materials, dyneema fiber-reinforced armor plate, carbon fiber or fiberglass
– Rubber sheets, silicone sheets
– Sandwich or laminated structure sheets
– Ceramic tiles
– Marble, granite tiles
– Glass
– Wood

The radius of waterjet cutting can vary between d=1.02-1.5, depending on the type and thickness of the material we are cutting. Largest sheet size that we can still cut: 4000x2000mm Thickest: 150mm Minimal burrs are created during cutting. For thick materials, our 5-axis cutting machine compensates for cutting skew.
