MANUFACTURING OF METAL PRODUCTS

Since 1974, we have been passionately working in our family-run factory in Budapest. It is important to us that we can serve our customers in every aspect, from the design of the product tot he final steps of production. Our products can be found on both Hungarian and foreign markets.

In our workshop, we work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and other raw materials, and maintain a large stock. We produce industrial semi-finished and finished products in small and large series. It is important to us to continuously develop and expand our machinery, which helps us to produce high-quality products at competitive prices.

Services

Turning and Milling

We undertake the machining of workpieces of 10-1000 pieces on traditional and CNC turning and milling machines. With modern machines equipped with high-precision bearings,an accuracy of up to 0.05mm can be achieved.

Press works

From small quantities(500 pcs) to mass production (more than 10,000 pcs). We own pressing machines from 5 tons to 160 tons equipped with a large tool set. We design and manufacture pressing tools, when a job requires it.

Welding | Locksmithing

Assembling, welding, then grinding and polishing of the parts we manufacture (cut with water jet, turned or milled). We weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum with AWI/AFI (CO2) technologies.

Waterjet Cutting

Our company has been working with waterjet cutting since 2012. During this time, we have gained a lot of experience due to the many challenges. Due to the versatility of this cutting technology, we now serve our growing customers with two waterjet machines.

Wire bending

Our company bends articles of various geometries from maximum 8mm diameter wire, made of many materials such as: steel stainless, steel, aluminum, yellow and red copper.

Sheet metal processing

We use traditional and CNC sheet metal shears up to 3000 mm in length and 6 mm in sheet thickness. Bending said metal sheets up to 3000 mm in length and 6 mm in sheet thickness. We also undertake sheet metal processing, cutting plan preparation, and waste optimization.
