Our project was to manufactre steel pedestales for the showroom of Skill Trade Ltd for their various kitchen furnitures.

We manufactured these presentation tables and shelves for the dealer of premium quality commercial kitchen machines. The steel closed section structure of the pedestals, which can be slid under each other, was covered with a folded expanded sheet on the side. The loading surface is a sheet welded to the frame, also folded at the edges on an edge bending machine. Since the customer demanded premium quality work, we placed particular emphasis on the surface treatment of the semi-finished products: we sand the products thoroughly in several stages before painting, and then we inspect them thoroughly before the products receive their final color. At this step, if necessary, we smooth them out so that they lie evenly on the floor everywhere. As a final step, we painted them in the customer’s corporate colors: yellow and black.
We packed, delivered, and installed the pedestals in their workshop.
