In the last few years, we have continuously modernized our turning and milling workshops, so that we can keep up with the ever-increasing expectations. We can produce not only more precisely toleranced parts, but also workpieces with a more beautiful surface for our customers, all of this efficiently and in uniform quality.

Today, our milling workshop has been enriched with 3 CNC milling machines:

DMG 635V Ecoline 3-axis machining center.

In addition to these, we also work on high-precision universal lathes and milling machines.

In addition to hydraulic components and distributors, we often produce complex instrument housings. These houses gear drives, clutches, and worm gears.
In addition to the internal contents of the instruments, we also manufacture the external boxes in our workshop, whether made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. We cut the sheet metal parts, and if necessary, cut shaped geometry on one of our CNC water jet cutting machines. We bend the flat sheet metal parts on edge bending machines, and then our welding colleagues weld them to completion. The finishing of the finished products is taken care in our grinding workshop, where we also perform polishing.
We are proud that we can manufacture such complex products in our workshop without involving an external company.
