Hungarian Music House
We mostly make tools, technical products, and products, so it warms our hearts to participate in a completely different artistic project. The Permanent Exhibition of the Hungarian Music House was one of these. The several unique metal showcases and creations made for this purpose were an exciting task for us, but the end result spoke for itself.
In one of the exhibition sections, the task was two telescopes. The frames of the telescopes are made of anthracite-colored powder-coated tubes, which we decorated with brass chiseled, turned, and polished decorative elements. To manufacture the telescope stands, we cut the brass plates from sheet metal on CNC water-cutting machines, then bent them on edge bending machines. The rod parts were produced on a lathe, then polished and painted.
In one section of the exhibition, we manufactured the internal working mechanism of a printing press out of stainless steel. On another side, we manufactured the stainless steel support/opening brackets for the glass display cases used to store musical instruments. These brackets hold the glass panels, but can also be opened if necessary, as some of them are hinged.
